I got banned from Google Adsense can I use my dogs name?
Well normally it’s you and not your websites that got banned by Google. So yes off course you can try to sign up with your dogs name if he has an ID card to take out the money. The problem is because you have the same IP the same Server and same problem Google is soon to find out that your dog actually is you and your dog will be banned and your website can be punished.
If you should do it you need to change so many things so it might not be worth the risk. You might look into an alternative from Google like Yahoo or MSN or something smaller.
If you know you did not do anything wrong (most people know but won’t admit it) then you can appeal off course and do not give up make a strong case and be patient. The problem is many people that did something wrong also write to Google.
Can I use Adsense with no domain?
Yes you can try to make a blog with blogspot.com or blogger.com.
Since Google Is the owner of this websites they have approved them both for Adsense.
Word Press also have hosted blogs were you not need any domain and still can use Adsense.
Please try to write a few months before you ask AdSense it always look better to have made a first good impression. If you are turned down it might be difficult and timely to come back and ask again.

saved the email actully it was the 20050819 04.43 in the morning i remeber sitting and waiting for the email. I was so happy i was approved (i tought). Turned out that my website site had foreced Pop Ups from some website i tested looong time before Google was born. After some email back and forward my site was approved and the rest is history.
