Now you can wipe out the competitors from Google with Goggles toilet paper. I am not sure Google search is totally ok with the name of the brand name on a toilet paper but Vietnam does not have those strong copyright laws. I am sure Google will sending a bus loads of lawyers of to Vietnam to try to them to close the factory that makes the paper.

Google has lost millions of dollar to a Swedish accountant. Google wanted to start up quickly in Sweden and made payment for social security and other taxes to the accountant but they never paid them to the Swedish government.

Google is not a suspect for a crime but the Google Sweden has reported the accountant company to the Police and they are in custody.

Google is not the only company that got duped by the Swedish company and the chance for them to get money back is very small.

Google with the service Gmail has one of the best Spam protections on the market and the fact that it is free just makes it better.

Step 1) Go to Google Apps and sign up for a normal account for your domain, like yourdomain.com. Google will then give you access to the control panel.

Step 2) As usual Google need to know that you actually own the domain so before you do anything follow their instructions to verify it.

Step 3) You are almost ready to send email from Google server. You need to sign in to your domain hosting service and go to the DNS panel for your domain and add the following to the MX (Mail Exchanger) section. If you do not know how to do this please ask someone.

If hosting provider allowing only one or three MX, then choose first 1 or 3.

Step 4) The MX will take a few hours to work. There will be a default email address which ever you passed while signing up this will be master account. You can always create new email account by going to “User accounts>> Create a new user” and add new email account.

Step 5) In the “Service settings >> Email” menu you can change web addresses for accessing Email. For this create a CNAME and modify URL. This URL can be used to login to mail box (ie: click on “Service settings >> Email” menu and change the default web address to http://email.yourdomain.com or whatever you used for CNAME)

To use the custom URL email.yourdomain.com, you must change the CNAME record with your domain host.
a) Sign in to your domain hosting service.
b) Navigate to your DNS Management page. Generally be found in Domain Management or Advanced Settings, if not you need to contact your Hosting providers to set this.
c) Find the CNAME settings and enter the following as the CNAME value or alias:
‘email’
d) Set the CNAME destination to the following address:
‘ghs.google.com’

If you have not noticed it Google Analytics has a new code for your website. If you have a WordPress blog you want to install the new code trough a plug in but the old WordPress plug in does not work. They only working for the old code where you just enter a number.

Google has starting to loose its power on the stock market. Some analytic on the stock market said that Google would go from the 700 US to almost 2000 US but instead it has gone down to 400 US.

The owners of Google has lost almost 100 billion dollar on the stock market crises in the United States.

Many experts agree that to few people click on the ads and the years of golden clicking is over. Google has in the recent weeks tightened its rules on Google Adword to make the advertisers more consumers friendly.

On Thursday Google launched a Web-wiki-like tool for information sharing that research, the company hopes this will be a quick start and a collaborative platform for linking the work performed on their growing company. Google Answers is built on the platform of Jotspot, which Google acquired in 2006 and aims to enable groups to collaborate on projects using word processing, spreadsheets, video clips, blogs and other tools of Google Apps Family Web applications.

“We see this as a missing piece in enterprise applications,” says Scott Johnston, a former executive from Jotspot, which is now the main product manager for Google Answers. “It was not a quick and easy way to collect a variety of information in one place where it can be easily shared for viewing or editing in a small group, a whole company and then can also be published to the entire world says LinuxInsider.

I just heard a rumour about that Google plans to buy CNET, there is a battle going on between the shareholders which may result in that Google buys the whole thing. Google does however decline the rumour but CNET chooses not to comment on the matter. Steve Weinstein, an analyst at Pacific Crest Securities, said Google’s interest in CNET is “highly unlikely but “potentially, that could be moving the stock,” he said. The shares of CNET have increased quite much lately as well and seem to be going up. This could also be a reason for Google to buy wm now while they are hot.

On Thursday Google announced their development for a new website which will possible to keep personal health records online. The announcement was made at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society’s annual conference in Orlando. The site is called Google Health and it will be available later this year. Google as I understand it will partner up with Clevland Clinic for this new site. The site will be unique and interesting you will for example be able to automatically import information from physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and other health-related groups. So now you can keep your health record online on Google as well.

Google Health has been spoken of for a long time, the project was initiated by former Google employee, Adam Bosworth, but it was echoed by Marissa, since his departure. The service has been long awaited and much speculated about, but according to the AP, Google is launching a pilot program for patients volunteering Cleveland Clinic today.

Early indications emerged almost two years ago when I found a service called M Scrapbook (probably short for “Medical Scrapbook”), which later changed its name to “Weaver.” Since then, we have seen some screenshots and a Leak found login pages. However, the Associated Press is now reporting that they had recently learned of the Cleveland Clinic Health that Google will finally begin its pilot today.
