Google kicks you down when they want now
Google has no real date for smacking down your PageRank nowadays. The PageRank kick can come any day Google feel for it if they feel you break their rules. Most people that get kicked down break the rule of selling links for money or blogging for money.
People reporting in different forum and blogs about the PageRank update and downgrade but now Google does not really have a date it happen all the time.
The only thing you can do is to resubmit the site to Google Webmaster pages if Google find you guilty of selling links.
But if you not care about PageRank anymore then PPP still pays the most money for blogging for money.
